Pleasure Dome

This car is one of my favorites so I gave it a special page. The Pleasure Dome car featured a lounge on its main level, while the upstairs dome section contained individual, fully rotating seats for viewing the desert scenery. Unique to the Pleasure Dome car was the Turquoise Room dining area beneath the dome section, which was a private dining room that could be reserved for groups

USA Trains makes a great G scale dome car. I redid the interior and dome lounge with green floors, blue and red seats, and tan walls. Lights were added to the dome section. For the exterior, I added the anti-skid walkway which was used to gain access to the dome windows for cleaning.
